Arabian Ranches
Set within the prestigious enclave of Arabian Ranches, this private residence explores quiet luxury through restraint, materiality and precision.
Designed for a client with a strong background in design and construction, the brief called for a layered yet understated home where luxury is expressed through craftsmanship and detail rather than bold statements. The home finds depth within a neutral palette, using texture, tone and subtle layering to create visual richness.
Materiality plays a central role throughout the space. Expressive marble surfaces, including a sculptural Rosso Levanto sink in the powder room and Calacatta Nuvolato in the kitchen, are balanced with warm chocolate-toned veneers and softly textured silk and abaca wallpapers. The contrast between bold natural stone and restrained finishes creates a calm yet impactful atmosphere.
The residence includes five bedrooms, six bathrooms, two living areas and a dedicated cinema room, all tied together by a consistent design language. Nearly 80 percent of the furniture was custom designed, with bespoke details extending to cabinetry hardware, metal skirting and tailored drapery to maintain tonal harmony across the home.
While the final aesthetic is refined and editorial, the intent remains deeply personal. Designed as a comfortable yet elevated sanctuary for a family of four, the home balances elegance with ease.
This project reflects our evolving approach to design, where true sophistication lies in precision, restraint and thoughtful detailing.
We are grateful and proud that this project was featured on “Architectural Digest” magazine.
